Does MME export directly to my country?+
Yes. MME is a Government of India Recognised Export House with active export operations to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and beyond — subject to applicable export regulations.
What payment terms does MME offer?+
TT (Telegraphic Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and CAD (Documents Against Payment). Specific terms agreed at the time of order.
Can MME arrange freight and shipping?+
Yes. On CIF or CFR — MME handles cargo booking, insurance and documentation. Or buyer-nominated forwarder under FOB.
Does MME offer pre-shipment inspection?+
Yes — via SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or a nominated agency, at buyer request or per L/C terms.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Varies by product. Refractory, diesel pumps and agrochemicals in small quantities. Plant equipment is typically project-specific.
Does MME provide product warranties?+
Yes — warranty terms are product-specific and specified in the supply agreement.
